If you’re collecting responses in real-time and need to see the reactions as they come in, you can switch the results view to live. In live view, the most recent responses are shown on top. You can scroll back through the list of answers by using the arrows at the bottom of your screen. You can also click Analytics in the left navigation menu to view summarized data from your form.
To open your form and start collecting responses, select Send on the top right of your form, and then choose one of these options:
Send by email – Choose this option if you want to send a link to your form in an email or calendar invite. Each person who opens the link will be presented with a unique version of the form that is not connected to any other person’s response. This is called anonymous mode. When people submit their forms, they will automatically be added as a shared user so they can view reports and answers later if needed.
Share a link – Choose this option if you want to copy and paste a link to your form into another document or website. Each person who opens the link will be presented with a unique form version.
